As our platform continues to grow, we’re updating our storage policies to better align with how UnitPrints is used today while ensuring we can continue investing in new features, performance improvements, and long-term reliability.

What’s Changing?

Beginning September 2026, free UnitPrints accounts will retain images for up to one year. Customers will receive multiple email reminders before any eligible images are permanently deleted, with the first deletions beginning on October 1, 2026.

Free Account – $0/year

Storage+ – $39/year

• Unlimited image retention

• No automatic image expiration

• No inactivity-based deletion

UnitPrints Pro – $99/year

Why We’re Making This Change

UnitPrints was built to be a powerful print ordering and gallery platform. While image storage has always been included, maintaining millions of images requires significant infrastructure and ongoing investment.

These updates allow us to continue providing a free option for casual users while offering affordable long-term storage and professional tools for photographers who need them.

If you would like to retain images longer than one year, we encourage you to upgrade to Storage+ or UnitPrints Pro before October 1, 2026.
