Shipping Damage
UnitPrints ships all orders in perfect condition, and carefully packs orders in multiple layers of cardboard, plastic, and styrofoam in order to minimize any potential damage. However, should you receive a damaged print, please follow the steps below.
- Keep Everything
Keep all materials (including prints, boxes, packing materials) irregardless of which were damaged. Do not throw anything away.
- E-Mail Us
E-mail us as soon as possible so we can handle the problem.
- Resubmit with Return Authorization
A friendly customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number -- simply place this number in your Order Notes, in the ROES software when reordering.
