UnitPrints always strives to deliver the absolute best in quality and excellence. If you should experience any problems, or issues in any way with a UnitPrint product or service, please follow the guidelines below.
- Contact Us
If you notice an error with your order, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible. In your e-mail to us, please include your Name, Address, and E-mail address used when placing the order.
- Return Authorization
Customers requesting a reprint of product must obtain a Return Authorization Number from the customer service department prior to resubmitting any files. Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number, reprints must be re-submitted to the lab within 72 hours.
- Original Images Only
Reprints will only be provided of the exact same file originally submitted. Alteration of the file in any fashion will result in a full price charge to the customer, for the products ordered.
- Credit Card Refunds
No credit card refunds will be provided.
