Order Policies
For the continued quick delivery of our quality prints, UnitPrints follows some specific policies in regards to orders submitted. They are listed below for your review.
- All orders are final
We can not make any changes to any part of any order once it has been submitted, for any reason. Please be sure your order is complete before sending it in.
- Orders can not be combined
We can not combine any orders for any reason, even if they are shipping to the same location.
- Files must be in JPEG format
All images in an order must be in JPEG format (*.jpg file extension).
- Files must be in sRGB color space
All images are assumed to be in sRGB. Images not in this color space
may not print as expected.
